2023년 Tiimo에 합류하기 전 Beaux는 Pleo와 N26 등과 함께 포용적인 시스템을 설계하고 조직 문화를 조성하며 다양한 요구에 맞춘 콘텐츠를 제작해왔습니다. Beaux는 Cornell University와 Culinary Institute of America에서 비즈니스와 제과학을 복수 전공했으며 noma와 The French Laundry에서 실습한 경험도 있습니다.

또한 ADHD 코치와 정신 건강 응급처치 자격을 갖춘 전문가로서 구조와 창의력 그리고 배려를 아우르는 접근 방식을 실천하고 있습니다. 접근성은 언제나 처음부터 고려되어야 한다는 믿음을 가지고 있습니다.
