Beaux Miebach

Beaux is Tiimo’s Inclusion and Belonging Lead and a queer neurodivergent strategist focused on accessibility mental health and equity. Beaux creates programs content and experiences that blend research with lived experience to support neurodivergent folks across intersecting identities.

Before joining Tiimo in 2023 Beaux worked with companies like Pleo and N26 to build inclusive systems shape culture and develop content that responds to diverse needs. Beaux holds a dual degree in business and pastry arts from Cornell University and The Culinary Institute of America and has trained at noma and The French Laundry. Beaux is also a certified ADHD Accountability Coach and Mental Health First Aider.

Their work brings together structure care and creativity grounded in the belief that access should never be an afterthought.
