Beaux é Inclusion and Belonging Lead da Tiimo e une estrategista queer e neurodivergente com foco em acessibilidade saúde mental e equidade. Beaux desenvolve conteúdos eventos e programas que combinam pesquisa com vivência real para apoiar pessoas neurodivergentes em diferentes contextos.

Antes de entrar na Tiimo em 2023 trabalhou com empresas como Pleo e N26 criando sistemas inclusivos moldando cultura organizacional e produzindo conteúdo voltado para necessidades diversas. Beaux tem um diploma duplo em negócios e confeitaria pela Cornell University e pelo Culinary Institute of America e passou por cozinhas como noma e The French Laundry.

É também coach certificado para TDAH e possui formação em primeiros socorros em saúde mental. Seu trabalho junta criatividade estrutura e empatia com o compromisso de nunca deixar a acessibilidade para depois.
