Rachel is a writer and psychiatric provider who brings lived experience to her work at the intersection of chronic illness, neurodivergence, and mental health. Her storytelling blends clinical insight with personal narrative, shedding light on topics often shaped by stigma, silence, or misunderstanding.

She often explores the messy intersections of diagnosis, medication, and identity; always from a voice that is deeply human, unapologetically honest, and often funny.
