  1. The timer starts automatically for scheduled tasks, or you can select a task from your Plan tab and tap the play-icon in the bottom left corner to start the Focus timer.
  2. Stay on the Focus tab to avoid distractions from other to-dos and check subtasks as you go.
  • Need a break? Tap the Pause-button. When you’re ready to continue, press Play.
  • Need more time? Tap +1 to add a minute to your task (or tap several times to add more minutes).
  • Finished your task before the set time? Simply drag the timer to the end to complete the task.

How to avoid an All day-task from taking up Focus timer:

Having an All day-task taking up your Focus timer can be annoying. There are two ways to address this:

  1. You can either start another task → in Focus Tab, tap the new task to highlight that timer and leave the All day-task running.
  2. Or complete the All day-task to remove it from Focus timer completely.

To complete the task, either find the task under the Plan tab and mark it complete, or find the task in the Focus tab and complete it by dragging the focus timer to the end. The task will disappear from the Focus tab, but still be visible under Done tasks in the Plan tab.
