Helene Lassen Nørlem

Helene is a digital designer and creative leader with deep expertise in user-centered innovation. As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Tiimo, she brings a neuroinclusive lens to everything she builds, creating tools that are visual, intuitive, and designed to support people who are neurodivergent.


Helene’s work is rooted in design research and a belief that accessible technology can transform how people manage time, attention, and energy. Her focus areas include executive functioning, routine-building, and visual planning, especially for Autistic people, people with ADHD, and others with cognitive differences.


She holds a master’s in Digital Design and Communication from the IT University of Copenhagen and studied graphic design at Parsons School of Design. Her leadership combines strategic clarity with care and is grounded in co-creation and continuous learning.
