Anders Pape

Anders Pape is Head of Design at Tiimo, where he leads the charge on building tools that make everyday planning more accessible, especially for neurodivergent users. With a background in UX, product design, and front-end development, he’s all about turning research into real, helpful features that work in daily life.

Before joining Tiimo, Anders was Creative Director at Adapt, where he led cross-functional teams and helped shape a people-first, purpose-driven design culture. He’s worked on projects for Oxfam Denmark, Det Kongelige Teater, and Sygeforsikring “danmark” but his focus now is making digital support feel simple, intuitive, and genuinely useful.
