Which devices work with Tiimo?

Tiimo is available on:

  • iOS and Android smartphones
  • Apple Watch
  • iPad
  • Mac
  • Web (through any browser)

To use Tiimo across multiple devices, log in using the same email address you used when subscribing.

Important: If you plan to use Tiimo across both iOS and Android, be sure to sign up with an email address rather than with Apple ID. It is not possible to log in on Android with an Apple ID.

To use Tiimo across devices, simply log in to each device/app using the e-mail you used when subscribing.

Please note: If you are going to be using Tiimo across iOS and Android devices, make sure to sign up using an e-mail, not your Apple ID (it’s not possible to log in on an Android with an Apple ID).

To check for compatibility with your device, follow this guide:

  1. Find Tiimo in either the App Store or Google Play.
  2. Scroll down to Information and choose Compatibility.
  3. You will see what version of iOS or Android a device needs to have in order to be compatible.
  4. The Tiimo web planner works on all computers.

What subscription plans does Tiimo offer?

With a Tiimo Pro subscription, you get access to all features across platforms.

You can pay monthly or save by subscribing for a full year at a discounted price. Tiimo also offers a free version with a selection of planning tools to help you get started.

How do I switch plans?

To switch plans, go to the platform where you originally subscribed (App Store, Google Play, or web):


If you subscribed via the App Store:
Open your Apple Account (Settings → tap your name at the top)

→ Tap Subscriptions

→ Find and tap Tiimo

→ Choose a different plan or make other changes

If you subscribed via the web planner:

→ Log in at webapp.tiimoapp.com

→ Go to Settings → Account → Manage subscriptions

→ Enter the email you used to sign up

 ↳ If you signed up using Apple ID with Hide My Email, enter your Apple private relay email, not your regular Apple ID

→ Check your inbox for a login link

→ Click the link to access your account and change your subscription

If you subscribed via Google Play:

→ Open the Google Play Store

→ Search for and select Tiimo

→ Tap Manage subscription

→ Choose a new plan

→ Select your payment method

→ Tap Buy or Subscribe to confirm

What does Tiimo Pro cost?

With a Tiimo Pro subscription, you get access to all features across platforms.

You can pay monthly or save by subscribing for a full year.

Please note: App prices may vary slightly by location. Your local price will be shown in the App Store or Google Play at checkout. If you subscribe through the web, pricing is fixed and shown at the end of the sign-up flow.

How do I start a Tiimo subscription?

You can sign up for a 7-day free trial by downloading the app or using the web planner. The subscription will automatically continue after the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

With a subscription, you can use Tiimo across devices (phone, web, watch, etc.). Just make sure to log in with the same email on each device. You’ll manage your subscription through the platform where you originally subscribed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription through the platform where you first subscribed. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

If you subscribed in the iOS app:

→ Follow Apple’s guide

If you subscribed in the Android app:

→ Follow Google’s guide

If you subscribed via the Web Planner:

→ Log in at webapp.tiimoapp.com

→ Go to Settings → Account → Manage subscriptions

→ Enter your sign-up email

 ↳ If you used Apple ID with hidden email, enter your Apple private relay email

→ Check your inbox for a login link

→ Click the link to cancel your subscription

How do I request a refund?

All payments and refunds are handled by the platform where you subscribed:

Please note: Charges for app purchases are generally nonrefundable, and Tiimo does not offer refunds for partially used periods.

How can I share my subscription with a family member or child?

If you’re all using Apple devices there are two ways to share a Tiimo subscription:

Option 1: Share one account

→ Log in to all devices using the same email and password

→ Everyone will access and interact with the same account and schedule

→ You can also set up separate profiles for each family member under the same account if preferred

Option 2: Use Apple Family Sharing

→ Make sure Apple Family Sharing is set up on your devices

→ Each family member should download the Tiimo app on their own device

→ Have them sign up using their Apple ID (or the email linked to the Family Sharing group)

→ Each person will have a separate, private account, but share the same subscription billing

If anyone is using an Android device:

→ Log in to all devices using the same email and password

→ Everyone will see and interact with the same account

→ You can also create separate profiles under the same account if you prefer

I switched from an iPhone to an Android, how do I access my subscription?

You can’t log in on Android using an Apple ID. If your Tiimo account was created with Apple ID, you’ll need to change your login to an email and password before switching devices.

Here's how: 

→ Open the Tiimo app on your iPhone

→ Go to the Me tab

→ Tap your email (top right corner)

→ Tap Change email and enter a new email address

→ Log out of the app

→ Tap Reset Password

→ Create a password for your account

→ Use your new email and password to log in on both iOS and Android devices

How do I start over without creating a new subscription?

If you want a fresh start with Tiimo, you don’t need to delete your account or cancel your subscription. You can simply create a new profile.

To start over:

On iOS:

→ Go to Me tab

→ Tap Settings → Profile

→ Select Add new profile

On Android:

→ Go to Me section

→ Tap Profile

→ Set up your new profile with tasks and schedules

→ Once you’re ready, delete the old profile you no longer want

How do I import my calendar?

You can import calendars from Apple, Google, Outlook, and more—on both the Tiimo app and the web planner.

To sync calendars across multiple platforms or devices, you’ll need to import your calendar separately on each device. Once imported, the calendar will sync automatically across devices.

How do I change the language of the app?

On iOS:

→ Go to Settings on your iPhone or iPad

→ Scroll to Apps → find Tiimo

→ Tap Preferred Language and choose your preferred language

On Android:

Tiimo uses your phone’s system language. To change the language in Tiimo, you’ll need to change the language of your phone.

How do I turn sound on notifications on/off?

To turn ON sound:

→ Go to your phone settings

→ Find the Tiimo app

→ Tap Notifications → scroll to Sounds

→ Make sure the sound toggle is turned on

→ Also ensure your phone is not set to silent

To turn OFF sound:

→ Follow the same steps above and turn off the sound toggle

How can I use Tiimo across devices?

To use Tiimo on multiple devices, log in with the same email on each device/app.

If you’re importing a calendar, you must do so on each device separately to enable syncing. Once imported, it will sync automatically going forward.

Follow this guide to import your calendar

Important: If you’re using both iOS and Android, make sure to sign up with an email address, not your Apple ID. Apple ID logins won’t work on Android. If you’ve already signed up with Apple ID, you’ll need to change your email and set a password before logging in on Android.

I’ve subscribed to Pro, but my premium features are still locked.

You may have accidentally created a new account. To unlock premium features, restore your purchase in the account you want to use.

In the iOS app:

→ Log in to the preferred account

→ Go to Plan tab → My Profile (top left)

→ Tap Settings (top right) → Account & subscription → Restore purchase

In the Android app:

→ Log in to the preferred account

→ Go to Me section → Account & subscription → Manage subscription → Restore purchase

I accidentally created two logins, can you merge them?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to merge two accounts. You’ll need to choose one account to keep using and abandon the other.

You can restore your subscription to the account you want to use:

In the iOS app:

→ Log in to the preferred account

→ Go to Plan tab → My Profile → Settings → Account & subscription → Restore purchase

In the Android app:

→ Log in to the preferred account

→ Go to Me section → Account & subscription → Manage subscription → Restore purchase

Why can’t I see the days of the week in the Plan tab?

You can! In the Plan tab, just tap the current day/date to reveal the full week view.

My Android app crashes or won’t let me log in. What should I do?

Try the following steps:

→ Uninstall the app

→ Restart your device

→ Reinstall the app

→ Clear app storage:

  • Long press the Tiimo icon on your home screen

  • Tap the Info icon (ℹ️)

  • Go to Storage → Clear data → Confirm deletion

→ Try logging in again
